It is with great sadness that Albert Lefebvre’s family has announced his passing to Cancer, age 79 yrs. at the Ottawa General Hospital on September 7, 2019.
Albert will be sadly missed by his wife Diane Lefebvre (Laviolette) of 60 years and his cherished family. He will be greatly missed for his unique sense of humor, immense care of others and a friend to many.
Predeceased by his parents Arthur Lefebvre and Irene Lefebvre (Plouffe). Father to Ginette Sehn (Mike Sehn), Carole Morris, JoAnne Lefebvre, Colette Lefebvre, and Michel Lefebvre (Cheryl Lim). Brother of Roger Lefebvre (Anne) and Yvette Diguer (Gerry). He was a loving grandfather to 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
A service will be held at St. Basil Catholic Church, 940 Rex Avenue, on Saturday, September 21st, 2019 at 11:30 a.m., followed by a lunch.

Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free.
I’m following the path God laid for me.
I took His hand when I heard Him call,
I turned my back and left it all
I could not stay another day
To laugh, to love, to work or play
Tasks left undone must stay that way

If my parting has left a void,
