Clara Lecis-Zawada

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Clara “Claretta” Lecis-Zawada. Surrounded by the love of her family, Clara passed away on May 25, 2023. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Dario, her daughter, Michelle, her son in law, David, her father Luigi, her brothers, Antonello (Federica), Roberto (Teresa), William (Giada) along with her niece, Gaia, her brother in law, Krzysztof, and of course her furry companion, Lexi. Clara was predeceased by her mother, Cesira, and we are comforted to know that they are now together again. Clara defied all odds, fighting her tough battle with cancer and staying strong until the very end.

Clara was a loving mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Anyone who met her immediately felt her caring and selfless nature. She was the support and rock everyone needed, she was the peace and calm everyone wanted, and the light when many of our lights were dimmed.
