Diane Mary Margaret (Bellfoy) Melnyk

On October 6th 2021,  after a long struggle with dementia Diane Mary Margaret Melnyk, nee Bellfoy took her final breath with her daughter, Jennifer by her side.  The daughter of Beatrice Bellfoy (nee Beaupre) (deceased) and William Bellfoy (deceased), sister of Ruth (William) (deceased), Thomas (Denise) and Bob (Joanna).  Wife of John Melnyk (deceased 2018), beloved Mother of Steven (Cheryl), Jennifer, and son in law, Juergen, grandmother to 5, Erik, Steven, Luka, Sean, and Hailey. She will be missed by several nieces, nephews and longtime friends.  Special mention to Extendicare Medex and the wonderful staff that cared for Mom during the last 8 years. Their personal care and tenderness towards Mom made the journey that much better. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. There will be a celebration of life in the Spring, Mom's favorite time of year. Rest in Peace.
