Gail Leslie Graham

July 6, 1953 ~ March 7, 2023 (age 69) 69 Years Old

Gail passed away peacefully on Tuesday March 7th, 2023 after a year long battle with lung cancer.
Gail is survived by her son Jason (Tracy), and her beloved granddaughter Kalia.

Gail was a sister to DeeDee (Don) Ronnie, Robin, Linda, Sherry (Rick)  Susie (Gary) and Kellie (Ray) predeceased by her parents John and Margaret Graham and her siblings Jackie, Heather, Bonnie, Greg, and Stephen.  She was also an aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Gail (Mom, Grandma), was kind, thoughtful compassionate and loving and she touched our hearts deeply.  Gail will be remembered and missed by so many.  She had a smile that lit up the room and despite having been diagnosed with lung cancer, she remained positive and kept an optimistic outlook on life. She was a fighter - undergoing chemo for almost a year. And we are all so grateful to have had that time with her.

We take great comfort  in knowing that she is no longer in pain and has found peace after a life well lived.

Kalia’s “Grandma” will forever be loved to the moon and back…

Jason, Tracy and Kalia would like to thank Al & Debbie Hosmer for their 50+ years of friendship and for taking such great care of Gail in the last year of her life. They would also like to acknowledge the special bond she had with her nephew Robbie (and his late wife Irene) and her sister-in-law, Cindy. Undoubtedly, there are others who have gone unnamed but please know are not forgotten. Gail was fortunate to have had many friends throughout her lifetime.

As per Gail’s wishes, she will be cremated.
A Celebration of Life will be held for family and close friends, which will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in Gail’s name.

You can still show your support by sending flowers directly to the family
