Paul Jeffery Walker

Paul Jeffrey Walker passed away suddenly at his home in Beaverton, Ontario on July 3rd, 2020 at the age of 72. Born in Coventry, England, Paul moved to Canada in 1974.

Beloved companion of Stephanie DeWilkins. Loving father of Sarah-Jane (Walter) and Emily. Treasured Granddad of Victoria, Grace, Giuliana and Owen.

He will be sadly missed by his sister Brenda (Joe), his niece Michelle “Shell” (Darren) and nephew Mark (Tisha) as well as many other family and friends including Susan Walker whom he shares his two daughters with and Margaret Lee.

He was preceded in death by his parents Percy and Grace Walker, as well as his brother Roger (Anne).

Paul had a huge heart and family was very important to him. He often used the term “blood is thicker than water”. He also loved all his dogs as part of the family including his beloved Hyacinth who has been sadly left behind.

Paul had many interests and hobbies. He was an English Football fan, and avid supporter of Coventry Sky Blues. He played many sports including cricket, rugby and rode horses both with the Hunt Club and many shows and events. He enjoyed music and took pleasure in playing the guitar. He also enjoyed boats and fishing.

Cremation has been taken place and a celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date due to COVID-19.

As Paul had a strong love of animals, if desired, memorial donations may be made to the OSPCA or the UK’s Dogs Trust (previously called The National Canine Defence League) .
